SERVICE ADVISOR
WE’RE HIRING!
Due to continued expansion of our aftersales department at TW Abernethy & Sons Limited, we have an exciting opportunity for a service advisor to join our service team.
Reporting to: Service Manager
Candidate Requirements:
- Exceptional customer facing skills
- Professional and enthusiastic with the highest standards of courtesy & efficiency
- Computer literate – to work with various manufacturer web based programs and on our dealer management system.
- Ability to work under pressure
- Accuracy in detailing customer requirements on job cards / invoice
- To follow up and provide feedback to customers on the status of their vehicle.
- To ensure that all work requested has been carried out & charged for.
Experience/Qualifications:
- Ability to work as a team player with a high quality of work
- Franchise experience is an advantage but is not a prerequisite as full manufacturer training will be provided.
We at Abernethy Ford are committed to developing our staff, and full training will be provided.
